Angelina Straguzzi was born in 1884 in the town of Palermo, Sicily.  Angelina moved to New York City in the early 1900's, where she met and married Enrico Cinquini (who had come to the United States from Viareggio, Tuscany, Italy).

Angelina and Enrico left New York City to settle in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Angelina and Enrico had five children:
John (Johnny) Cipini - 1913
Maria (Mary - Marie) Cinquini - 1914
Helen (Diane - Dee) Cinquini - 1917
Anthony (Tony - Tweed) Cinquini - 1920
Henrietta (Leah) Gentlelena Cinquini - 1923

During the Fall of 1964, at the age of eighty, Angelina contracted a foot infection, which progressively grew worse, eventually requiring the amputation of her lower leg. About five weeks after the removal of her leg (October 1964), Angelina died and was buried (November 2nd 1964) at a gravesite in the Holy Cross Cemetery (Yeadon, Pennsylvania, USA) next to her husband Enrico.

  •  When the children were first registering for school there was a error in conveying the correct spelling of the last name Cinquini. Due to this error, all of the children went through school using the last name Cipini instead of Cinquini. As the children grew older, they (with the exception of John) changed their last name back to Cinquini with the correct spelling.
